A couple of days ago the official Tibetan Scientific Society’s e-mail account was hacked into and its password compromised. The hacker then went on to forward e-mails to people in the contact list and thereafter deleted all the contact details that were saved in the account. Fortunately, we were able to recover the e-mail account and restored the entire contact list using our previous outgoing mail record. We request all our friends and well wishers not to respond to that e-mail. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused.
